Aerospace Cable & Harness Designer
Core Role: Transform electrical schematics into manufacturable harness designs and assembly drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed formboards, wire run lists, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and industry standards (IPC-WHMA-A-620).
Collaborate with engineering and production teams from concept through build.
- Has 3+ years of harness design experience,
- Proficiency with CAD
- knowledge of MIL-SPEC standards.

Production Technician - Wire Harness Assembly
Core Role: Perform precision fabrication and assembly of high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute builds per work instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
Perform crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and harnessing.
Conduct in-process inspections and basic continuity testing.
- Has hands-on experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing
- Obtain IPC-620/WHMA-A-620 certification
- Detail-oriented

Quality Assurance Inspector
Core Role: Ensure every product meets our stringent quality and performance standards before delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections per IPC and customer standards.
Document inspection results and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Support the maintenance of AS9100 quality management system procedures.
- Has 2+ years in a QA role within regulated manufacturing
- Certified IPC-WHMA-A-620 CIS
- Proficient with measurement tools
